1. Acceptance of these Terms

STRIKE FORCE ("the Game", "we", "us", "our") is operated by StockPrime. By accessing or playing the Game at https://www.strikeforce.online/, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your activity, including any purchases.

3. Your account

• You may play as a registered user or, where available, as a guest. Some features require an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and choose a username/callsign that does not violate Section 5.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see Section 10).

4. Code of conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use hacks, bots, aimbots, or any unauthorised software or modification that affects gameplay;
• interfere with servers, other players' experience, or the Game's security or anti-cheat systems;
• harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other players, or post hateful, illegal, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content in chat or usernames;
• impersonate others, including staff;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

We may moderate, filter, or remove content and take action against accounts that breach this section.

5. User-generated content (chat and names)

You are responsible for content you submit, including chat messages and your username/callsign. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and process that content as needed to operate the Game. We may remove content or restrict features at our discretion, particularly to protect users or comply with law.

6. Virtual currency ("Credits")

• The Game may include a virtual currency called Credits and virtual items such as cosmetic "skins".
• Credits and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable except as expressly permitted in the Game.
• Credits and items are licensed to you for use within the Game only; you do not own them.
• We may change, limit, or remove Credits, items, prices, or features at any time.
• Credit balances and items are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law (see Section 7).

7. Purchases, payments, and refunds

• You may purchase Credits using our third-party payment provider(s) (Stripe). By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge.
• Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes.
• Because Credits are delivered to your account immediately, purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law, or at our sole discretion.
• If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact stockprime.app@gmail.com.
• Minors must have parental/guardian consent before making any purchase.

8. Advertising

The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Watching an ad is voluntary. Advertising is provided by third-party partners subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, design, graphics, logos, characters, and other content, is owned by StockPrime or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Game except as permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, in whole or in part, at any time — including for violation of these Terms, cheating, fraud, abuse, or where required by law. You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Game and any Credits or items ends, subject to applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, Credits, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockPrime from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Game, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
