1. Who we are

STRIKE FORCE ("the Game", "we", "us", "our") is an online multiplayer game operated by StockPrime, based in Thailand.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Game and website at https://www.strikeforce.online/, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

2. Information we collect

• a) Account information. When you register, we collect your email address, a username/callsign, and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google (we do not receive your Google password).
• b) Guest data. If you play as a guest, we assign a temporary session identifier. We do not require an email or name for guest play.
• c) Gameplay data. Scores, best killstreak, kills, match statistics, leaderboard rankings, in-game currency ("Credits") balance, cosmetic ("skin") selections, friends lists, and similar in-game records.
• d) User-generated content. Messages you send through in-game chat, and the username/callsign you choose.
• e) Technical data. IP address, approximate region, browser type, device information, and basic logs generated automatically when you connect, used for operating the service, security, and anti-cheat.
• f) Payment data. If you purchase Credits, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider(s) (Stripe). We do not store your full card number. We receive limited transaction information (such as amount, date, status, and a payment reference) to confirm and record your purchase.
• g) Advertising data. If you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, our advertising partner may collect data as described in their own privacy policy.
• h) Cookies and local storage. We use browser local storage and/or cookies to remember your settings and preferences and to keep you signed in. See Section 8.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

• create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• run the Game, including matchmaking, leaderboards, friends, and saving your progress;
• process purchases of Credits and keep a record of transactions;
• provide and count rewarded advertisements (if you choose to view them);
• operate in-game chat and moderate content;
• maintain security, prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse;
• respond to your requests and provide support;
• comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand or similar laws apply, we process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract with you (providing the Game), your consent (e.g. optional features and marketing), our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing already carried out.

5. Who we share your information with

We share data only as needed to run the Game, with:

• Authentication & database: Supabase — stores account and gameplay data.
• Payment processing: Stripe — processes purchases.
• Sign-in provider: Google — if you use Google sign-in.
• Hosting / infrastructure: Render (render.com).
• Advertising partner(s): to fill — name your ad network once a live rewarded-ad partner is integrated (rewarded ads are optional).

We do not sell your personal data. Your username, leaderboard rank, and score are visible to other players as part of normal gameplay. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Thailand. Where required, we take steps to ensure your data is protected in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (e.g. transaction records) to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations. Guest session data is retained only for a short period.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage and/or cookies to keep you signed in and remember settings (such as audio, graphics, and control preferences). These are necessary for the Game to function correctly. You can clear them in your browser, but some features may stop working.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the PDPA), you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and request a copy of your data (data portability).

To exercise any of these rights, contact stockprime.app@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age without appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by law.

If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you should only use the Game — and especially make any purchase — with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without proper consent, contact us at stockprime.app@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (including encrypted authentication and secure payment processing by our providers). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and where required by law, we will notify you or seek your consent.
